Privacy Notice

Family Dogs, owned and run by Lizzie Sibley, collects personal information such as your name, contact details and information about your dog in order to respond to enquiries, manage bookings and provide training and behaviour services. I may also keep relevant correspondence, consultation notes, reports and payment records.

I process this information where it is necessary to provide the services you have requested, to meet legal or accounting obligations, or where I have a legitimate business interest in keeping appropriate client records.

Your information is stored securely using services including Google Workspace and QuickBooks and will not be sold. Where appropriate, information may be shared with your veterinary practice or other relevant professionals, or where required by law.

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for providing services and meeting legal, accounting, insurance and professional record-keeping requirements.

If you opt in to receive Family Dogs marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time. Photographs or videos from client sessions will only be used publicly for Family Dogs marketing or social media with permission.

You have rights over your personal information, including asking to see or correct information I hold about you and, in some circumstances, asking for it to be deleted or its use restricted. To do this, contact lizzie@familydogs.co.uk. You can also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
